Speed & Agility Sports Performance Training Group Sessions (Turf)

  • 5:30pm – 6:30pm: Speed & Agility 1.0 Intro Group Class (Beginner/Intermediate) - $15.00
    • Sports Performance Training for any sport
    • Beginner Group recommended for younger athletes
  • 7:30pm – 8:30pm: Speed & Agility 2.0 Elite Training Group Class (Advanced) - $20.00
    • Sports Performance Training for any sport
    • Advanced Group recommended for older athletes – Core/Flexibility/Jump/Explosion

Football Academy Group Training Sessions (Turf)

  • 6:30pm – 7:30pm: Football Academy – Wide Receiver Ball Catching Drills - $20.00
    • Wide Receiver Drills – Stance, Get Offs, Improve on Catching
    • Beginner/Intermediate (athletes will be separated by age during class)

Self-Defense Group Classes – Mixed Martial Arts – (Mat Area)

  • 5:30pm – 6:30pm: SELF-DEFENSE – $15.00
    • Youth and Middle School Group - Both Boys and Girls

 

Strength Building Group Session (Weight Area)

  • 7:30pm – 8:30pm: Strength Building (Power Emphasis) - $20.00 (Weight Area)
    • For Middle School and High School Athletes both Male and Female
    • Strength Building Class using weights to help build core and gain flexibility and build muscle. 
    • Outstanding class if you are a middle school or high school athlete looking to increase your strength

Kansas City Athlete Training uses the following schedule for our group classes. Our group classes are open to any athlete in the Kansas City Missouri Metro Area. We are centrally located minutes from downtown Kansas City Missouri and we try to schedule our group classes later in the evening for parents to get home from work and then be able to make it to the classes.
