Due to utilization of fall sports in our facility we run a reduced schedule from August thru December only offering Combo Speed and Agility 1.5 at 5:30pm which is Combo of 1.0 and 2.0 training along with our Elite Training Class at 4:30pm. Our full schedule starts back up in January and runs thru July each year with Intro Speed and Agility 1.0, Advanced Speed and Agility 2.0 and Elite Speed and Agility 3.0 along with Weightlifting and Football Academy. We do offer personal 1 v 1 training so please contact us directly via email or phone if you are interested in scheduling a personal session.
All Athletes must check-in at the front desk for every class before participating.
Our Drinking Fountain will not be available, we do have drinks on-sale or we encourage athletes to bring their own drinks.
There is limited indoor seating inside the facility around the front desk area.
Weather Permitting - Garage doors will be open for parents to watch from the parking lot.
Only athletes performing in a class will be allowed on the turf during class sessions.
**PLEASE NOTE: Facility doors open at 4:15pm for group training classes.
Kansas City Athlete Training utilizes our social media pages to promote our athletes and recognize our daily Effort Champions and to make day of changes or updates to our schedule. Please refer to the Kansas City Athlete Training Facebook Page for last minute schedule changes or class cancellations due to inclement weather or sudden emergencies. We will post class updates by 3:00pm the day of training to keep parents and athletes updated.
