MONDAY NIGHT GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE

All Athletes must check-in at the front desk for every class before participating.
Our Drinking Fountain will not be available, we do have drinks on-sale or we encourage athletes to bring their own drinks.
There is limited indoor seating inside the facility around the front desk area.
Weather Permitting - Garage doors will be open for parents to watch from the parking lot.
Only athletes performing in a class will be allowed on the turf during class sessions.

 

**PLEASE NOTE: Facility doors open at 4:15pm for group training classes.

 

Speed & Agility Sports Performance Training Group Sessions (Turf)

 

 

 

Weightlifting Group Sessions (Weight Area)

 

  • 5:30pm – 6:30pm: Advanced Football Strength & Conditioning Training Group - $20.00
    • Location within Facility: Weight Area
    • Targeted Age Groups: Middle School and High School
    • Functional Strength Training designed for Football Players
    • Power/Strength/Flexibility/Weights/Explosion
    • The Kansas City Athlete Training Group Weightlifting sessions will have a strong focus on proper form and building strength. You earn the right to lift heavy, by first moving well. Each class with a main lift, and wrap up each class with a "Finisher" - high rep, low-weight movements designed to elevate the heart rate and increase muscle hypertrophy (ie, bigger muscles). In addition, there will be weekly homework for the athletes, designed to complement our training in the class, as well as functionality in everyday life.
    • $20.00 per class or Unlimited Plan E or G

 

  • 6:30pm – 7:30pm: WeTrainKC Weightlifting - $20.00
    • Foundations/Functional Weightlifting
    • Location within Facility: Weight Area
    • Targeted Age Groups: 4th Grade thru 8th Grade
    • We are putting in these limitations in order to protect the development and growth of the athletes as they train here at KC Athlete.
    • The Kansas City Athlete Training Group Weightlifting sessions will have a strong focus on proper form and building strength. You earn the right to lift heavy, by first moving well.   • 6:30pm – 7:30pm: Intro Football Strength & Conditioning Training Group - $20.00
    • Location within Facility: Weight Area
    • Targeted Age Groups: 4th thru 8th Grade
    • Functional Strength Training designed for younger Football Players with little to no experience in the weight room.
    • We are putting in these limitations in order to protect the development and growth of the athletes as they train here at KC Athlete.
    • Power/Strength/Flexibility/Weights/Explosion
    • $20.00 per class or Unlimited Plan E or G

 

 

Football Academy Training Group Sessions (Turf)

  • 7:35pm – 8:35pm: Football Academy – OFFENSE - Quarterback/Runningback/Centers Group Training - $25.00
    • Location at Facility - Inside Main Turf
    • Targeted Groups - 3rd Grade thru 8th Grade
    • Quarterback Fundamentals: footwork, ball handling and throwing mechanics
    • Running Back Fundamentals: footwork and ball handling
    • Centers: Centers will be snapping the ball and blocking
    • This class will work all 3 positions both individually and together working on exchanges.
    • The targeted focus for this class is the Center/Quarterback snap both under center and shotgun with Centers attacking a block and then Quarterback/Running Back exchange leading to fake carryout and hole recognition.
    • Will work both under center and shotgun with running backs receiving out of the backfield.
    • $25.00 per class or Unlimited Plan F or G

 

 

Kansas City Athlete Training utilizes our social media pages to promote our athletes and recognize our daily Effort Champions and to make day of changes or updates to our schedule. Please refer to the Kansas City Athlete Training Facebook Page for last minute schedule changes or class cancellations due to inclement weather or sudden emergencies. We will post class updates by 3:00pm the day of training to keep parents and athletes updated.
