To request a refund for Monthly Unlimited Attendance please send an email with the subject line "REFUND" and the athletes name and grade to [email protected].
The body of the email should state why you are withdrawing your athlete and why you are requesting a refund and refund can only be issued within the current month you are requesting a refund for, once the current month's plan expires we no longer issue refunds.
Refund can take up to 2 weeks to process depending on the time the refund in requested. You must request a refund in writing and receive a confirmation.

3 or more classes in current month of Refund Period
No refunds will be issued, regardless of reason.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY: You hereby understand and acknowledge that all civil disputes between the Kansas City Athlete Training and any and all affiliated parties will be subject to binding arbitration in the locale of the Kansas City Athlete Training dba of the Missouri Wolverines Youth Organization Inc. Office in Kansas City, Missouri in accordance with Missouri law under the guidelines and rules of the American Arbitration Association. As a participant within one of the Kansas City Athlete Training sessions you hereby agree that this binding arbitration shall be in lieu of any litigation by and between yourself, Kansas City Athlete Training and any and all affiliated parties. You also understand and agree that if you contest any decision or ruling of the Kansas City Athlete Training and seek other recourse, that you will reimburse Kanas City Athlete Training for all legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs. If any portion of this form shall be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the reminder shall remain in full force and effect.
