Weightlifting at Kansas City Athlete Training for both youth and high school athletes with group classes and private training along with football specific camps and speed and agility classes for all sports and athletics in Kansas City Missouri

Kansas City Athlete Training is proud to announce our all new Strength Building Weightlifting Group Class. Our Weightlighting Classes are for both beginners and advanced male and female athletes looking to get more power, core strength and more importantly stronger as we target middle school and high school athletes looking improve or learn the proper techniques as well as to develop confidence.  We offer a weightlifting class Tuesday and Thursday Nights at 6:30pm. All classes are held in the newly added weight area at the Kansas City Athlete Training Facility in Kansas City Missouri.

The Kansas City Athlete Training Group Weightlifting sessions will have a strong focus on proper form and building strength. You earn the right to lift heavy, by first moving well. Each class with a main lift, and wrap up each class with a "Finisher" - high rep, low-weight movements designed to elevate the heart rate and increase muscle hypertrophy (ie, bigger muscles). In addition, there will be weekly homework for the athletes, designed to complement our training in the class, as well as functionality in everyday life.

 

Weightlifting Group Sessions (Weight Area)

  •  Weightlifting Group Class (Middle School/High School) - $20.00
  • CLASS TIME: Tuesday and Thursday Nights @ 6:30pm (starting on Tuesday January 11, 2022 and running thru July 2022)
  • CLASS DURATION: 1 Hour
    • Location within Facility: Weight Area
    • Targeted Age Groups: Middle School and older
