Jim Tuso is the Kansas City Athlete Training Director and an a Lead Instructor for Kansas City Athlete Training. Coach Tuso leads our Speed and Agility 1.0 Group Class, Advanced Speed and Agility 2.0 Group Class, Elite Speed and Agility 3.0 Group Class, Offensive Line Football Training, and is available for Personal 1-on1 Training here at Kansas City Athlete Training.
Coach Lou brings a wealth of knowledge from the Track World as he is a former scholarship football and track athlete in college. He competed at both Coffeyville and Mid-American Nazarene.
Before coming to Kansas City Athlete Training, Coach Lou had been primarily focusing on training track athletes specifically long and triple jumpers. Coach Lou is one of our Lead Instructors for both our Speed and Agility 1.0 and Advanced Speed and Agility 2.0 Classes. He also assists Coach Jim Tuso with our Elite Speed and Agility 3.0 High School Training Class.
Coach Lou's football background made him a perfect fit to become assistant football academy instructor where he assists during QB, RB and Centers class on Monday Nights, Defensive Back Class on Wednesday Nights and Wide Receiver Class on Thursday Nights. Coach Lou has been a youth football coach for the past 15 years.
Brianna Walters is the Lead Weight Lifting Insructor for Kansas City Athlete Training. Coach Bri leads our Weight Training Group Class at Kansas City Athlete Training.
It doesn’t have to be so hard. Have fun, be consistent, and give your best. And don’t take yourself so seriously. Laugh when you mess up, dance party when you find success.
Coach Williams has become an outstanding addition to the Kansas City Athlete Training Staff and is currently our Lead Defensive Line Instructor and helps assistant with Offensive Line Class as well. Coach Williams played collegiant football at Oklahoma University. His knowledge on hand placement and teaching youth and middle school athletes the proper fundamentals has helped our defensive line athletes tremendously over the past year.
Coach Williams son James is a 6'6 Defensive End at Park Hill South High School this year and he continues to assist in his development as well.
Coach High has been one of the best additions to the Kansas City Athlete Training Staff. His 20 plus years of high school coaching experience brings a wealth of knowledge and his calming and friendly demeanor with the athletes and his professionalism with handling his instruction is second to none. Coach High makes a conscious effort to talk to the all the parents before teaching or assistant with any of the football academy classes and his expertise with Defesnive Backs and having experience as a Wide Receiver Coach as well helps him give knowledge to both sides of the ball.
Coach High is our Lead Defensive Back Instructor and also assists with our Wide Reciever Class when available.
Coach John Randle is one of our assistant instuctors for our Sports Performance Training where he assists with our Speed and Agility 1.0 Class and our Advanced Speed and Agility 2.0 Class. He also assists with our Football Academy Classes where he is involved with Linebacker Training on Tuesday Nights and Defensive Back Training on Wednesday Nights.
Coach Laila is one of our high school athletes who train with us during our Elite Speed and Agility 3.0 Class and is now a member of our Building Leaders Mentoring Program. Coach Laila is an instructor of our Intro Speed and Agility 1.0 Class working with our younger athletes and has become an outstanding role model to our youth and especially to all the little girls who attend our 1.0 Class.
When she is not coaching or training at Kansas City Athlete Training, Laila is a sophomore at Liberty North High School and plays softball for the Eagles.
