Kansas City Athlete Training offers group Offensive Lineman Training on Tuesday Nights as part of our KC Athlete Football Academy.
Offensive Line Football Training part of the Kansas City Athlete Training Football Academy focuses on the techniques needed to play offensive line including center, guard and tackle. We work every class on an athlete's stance, then we teach a Zone Blocking Concept so we work on Power Steps, then keeping a base as we block with offensive line rubber boards. We work on striking then progress to pass blocking techniques. This class is highly recommended for any youth player looking to be successful playing offensive line.
So many athletes do not really get an opportunity to learn the correct way to play any offensive line position as most youth football teams to do not have access to an experienced Offensive Line Coach. Our lead instructor Coach Jim Tuso is part of the All-Time Football Team at Rockhurst High School where he started for 3 years on the offensive line. He then received a Division 1 Scholarship to play at Iowa State University where he played offensive line. Coach Tuso enters his 21st year of coaching on the youth football level and has also coached offensive line at the high school level. Let us help you learn how to play the offensive line the right way so you can make a difference this coming season for your football team.
For more advanced Offensive Line Sessions for Middle School and High School athletes or if you feel you need more attention than what our group classes offer, please contact us as Coach Tuso works with several high school offensive line as we offer personal and small group sessions as well.

Football Academy Classes start the week of January 8th, 2024.
You do not need to pre-register for any of the classes, simply arrive early for the specific time slot desired and pay at the class. Upon your first visit to Kansas City Athlete Training you will have to fill out a Release Waiver. All Classes can be paid at the location either in cash or by credit card. We offer a new monthly plan options as well.
