Linebacker Football Training

Middle and Outside Linebacker Football Training at Kansas City Athlete Training for both youth and high school athletes with group classes and private training along with camps and speed and agility classes for all sports and athletics in Kansas City Missouri

Kansas City Athlete Training offers group Linebacker Training on Wednesday Nights as part of our Kansas City Athlete Training Football Academy. 

Middle and Outside Linebacker Football Training focuses on the techniques needed to play a middle and/or outside linebacker position including rush defensive end position.

We work every class on an athlete's stance then progress to gap alignment and using hands to strike the offensive player with a heavy focus on TACKLING.  This class is highly recommended for any youth player looking to be successful playing any linebacker position.

For more advanced Defensive Linebacker Sessions or  if you feel you need more attention than what our group classes offer, please contact us as we offer personal and small group sessions as well.

 

Football Academy Training Group Sessions (Turf)

Football Academy – DEFENSE - Linebackers Group Training - $40.00

  • 6:30pm - 7:30pm: Football Academy - DEFENSE - LINEBACKERS AGE GROUP 1 FOOTBALL CLASS - $40.00

    • AGE GROUP - Age Group 1 - Kindergarten thru 5th Grade
    • CLASS DAY/TIME - Wednesday Night @ 6:30pm
    • CLASS DURATION - 1 Hour

    • DESCRIPTION - Recommended class for Linebacker Fundamentals and Technique with tackling for Inside, Outside and Rush Linebackers
    • COST - $40.00 per class or Unlimited Plan

CLASS REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

You do not need to pre-register for any of the classes, simply arrive early for the specific time slot desired and pay at the class. Upon your first visit to Kansas City Athlete Training you will have to fill out a Release Waiver. All Classes can be paid at the location either in cash or by credit card.  We offer a new monthly plan options as well.

KC Athlete Training sessions are lead by experience staff who oversee all aspects of the class and help teach athletes proper technique and form including safety measures and discipline to help with their mental approach so they can achieve success and reach their goals.
