Offensive Line Football Training part of Kansas City Athlete Training Football Academy for youth, middle school and high school athletes with group classes and private training along with camps and speed and agility classes for all sports and athletics in Kansas City Missouri

Kansas City Athlete Training offers group Offensive Lineman Training Classes on Wednesday Nights and a Centers Class on Monday Nights, we offer both a younger and older age group Offensive Line Training Class on Wednesdays specifically working on run blocking and pass sets for covering fundamentals for both run and pass blocking emphasis Offensive Line Group Training Class on Wednesday  Nights as part of our KC Athlete Football Academy. 

Offensive Line Football Training part of the Kansas City Athlete Training Football Academy focuses on the techniques needed to play offensive line including center, guard and tackle. We work every class on an athlete's stance, base and footwork including striking then progress to pass blocking techniques.  These classes are highly recommended for any youth, middle school or high school player looking to be successful playing offensive line.

So many athletes do not really get an opportunity to learn the correct way to play any offensive line position as most youth football teams to do not have access to an experienced Offensive Line Coach. Our lead instructor Coach Jim Tuso is part of the All-Time Football Team at Rockhurst High School where he started for 3 years on the offensive line. He then received a Division 1 Scholarship to play at Iowa State University where he played offensive line. Coach Tuso enters his 27th year of coaching on the youth football level and has also coached offensive line at the high school level. Kansas City Athlete Trained Offensive Lineman Trey Endsley, All Conference Offensive Lineman as a Sophomore at Liberty High School, Trey is a two year starter and has been training at Kansas City Athlete Training since 7th Grade with Lead Instructor Jim Tuso

CLASS REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

You do not need to pre-register for any of the classes, simply arrive early for the specific time slot desired and pay at the class. Upon your first visit to Kansas City Athlete Training you will have to fill out a Release Waiver. All Classes can be paid at the location either in cash or by credit card.  We offer a new monthly plan options as well.

At Kansas City Athlete Training we work on pass sets with our offensive lineman especially our older offensive lineman who will have to perform 1-one-1 pass blocking at combines and camps for opportunities at a college scholarship.

Pad Level to defend Bull Rush

Kansas City Athlete Training we teach our offensive lineman about pad level and how to use leverage to defend against a bull rush and we use a variety of drills to help teach our offensive lineman how to sink their hips when defending a bull rush.

Left and Right Pass Sets

At Kansas City Athlete Training we teach our offensive lineman to be able to get in both right hand and left handed stances and pass sets. If an offensive lineman can play both sides of the line that gives them more opportunities to play in games and be a better asset to their team. Most players have never been taught a proper stance on either side of the line and we feel a proper stance is key to being a successful offensive lineman.

Using Your Hands

We work teach our offensive lineman how to use their hands and more importantly how to strike as an offensive lineman. Run Blocking and Pass Blocking are different techniques so we teach hand placement differently depending on the technique being used during a particular football play.

Pass Set Tree

Kansas City Athlete Offensive Line Training Instructors have over 26 years of youth, middle school and high school coaching experience of teaching top athletes the proper PASS SETS needed to be successful. It is a disadvantage as an offensive lineman to have the same pass set every time as it allows a defensive lineman to develop counter strategies to use against them. We teach offensive lineman different pass sets to use and when to use them to help give them the best chance for success when pass blocking.
