Kansas City Athlete Training offers group Running Back Football Training Classes on Tuesday Nights as part of our Kansas City Athlete Training Football Academy. 

Kansas City Athlete offers group Running Back Classes specifically suited for youth, middle and high school football players. 

Our group class on Tuesday Nights which allow for beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes looking to get better at the running back position and running with the football.

Let's think about it... if you play offense and can touch the football, you should be taking one of these classes. If you are a Quarterback and asked to run with the ball, you become a Running Back... if you are a Wide-Receiver, after you catch the ball, you become a Running Back.

 

Football Academy Training Group Sessions (Turf)

Football Academy – OFFENSE - Running Backs Group Training - $40.00

Football Academy Classes start the week of January 12, 2026

  • 6:30pm - 7:30pm: Football Academy - OFFENSE - RUNNING BACKS AGE GROUP 1 FOOTBALL CLASS - $40.00
    • TYPE OF CLASS - FOOTBALL ACADEMY
    • POSITION - RUNNING BACKS 
    • AGE GROUP - Age Group 1 - Kindergarten thru 5th Grade
    • CLASS DAY/TIME - Tuesday Night @ 6:30pm
    • CLASS DURATION - 1 Hour
    • WeTrainKC Facility - Main Turf Area
    • DESCRIPTION - All ball carrier positions welcomed including Quarterback, Fullback, Tailback, Wide Receivers.
    • COST - $40.00 per class or Unlimited Plan
    • PAYMENT ACCEPTED - CASH OR CREDIT CARD

 

  • 7:30pm - 8:30pm: Football Academy - OFFENSE - RUNNING BACKS AGE GROUP 2 FOOTBALL CLASS - $40.00

    • POSITION - RUNNING BACKS 
    • AGE GROUP - Age Group 2 - 6th Grade thru High School
    • CLASS DAY/TIME - Tuesday Night @ 7:30pm
    • CLASS DURATION - 1 Hour
    • WeTrainKC Facility - Main Turf Area
    • DESCRIPTION: All ball carrier positions welcomed including Quarterback, Fullback, Tailback, Wide Receivers.

CLASS REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

You do not need to pre-register for any of the classes, simply arrive early for the specific time slot desired and pay at the class. Upon your first visit to Kansas City Athlete Training you will have to fill out a Release Waiver. All Classes can be paid at the location either in cash or by credit card.  We offer a unlimited monthly plan options as well.

Kansas City Athlete Training offers experienced instructors who have called offensive plays on the youth, middle school and high school level which allows our instructors to evaluate and give feedback about an athlete's strength, power, mobility which creates customized workouts for an athlete so they can improve to help their performance on the football field.

Running Thru Contact

Kansas City Athlete Training uses bags to create contact for our athletes which will teach them how to Accelerate Their Feet on Contact and to run thru a tackle. Coaches will use equipment to help teach kids how to accelerate and take on a tackler while holding on to the football.
